Last week, I took the trip from Wisconsin down to Louisiana to watch my first sister, Ellyse, graduate from high school. I was able to photograph her senior photos last October, and over the winter I dove deeper into photography and immersed myself in education. I was finally able to put all the things I learned into practice while on vacation! I remember looking at the back of my camera after the first few shots and instantly becoming excited. I think it’s safe to say that my dedication to educating myself this winter was definitely worth it!
Meet the baby of the family! This is my youngest sister Tori. We spent two hours, just her and I, driving around the city looking for great locations to take her senior photos. It was quite the sisterly bonding adventure. She is one of the most bubbly people I know, and we were constantly laughing during the entire session. We decided on a few select locations. The first few were right in the downtown area to give a more urban vibe, and then we ended with a field area behind some department stores where we were able to catch the beautiful sunset glow. This girl is definitely beautiful inside and out, and is sure to accomplish some amazing things. I can’t wait to visit next year and watch her graduate!
I wish I could post every single photo from this session, because I’m so proud, but let’s face it, you probably don’t want to see all 150 of them. So please enjoy some of my absolute favorites.
Beautiful pictures
