Meet Jaelyn, a sweet and vibrant high school senior from Oconto High School, Class of 2024. Her vision for her senior portraits was clear – she wanted the natural beauty of wildflowers and open fields as her backdrop. So, off we went to the picturesque Harmony Arboretum in Peshtigo, WI, the perfect blend of manicured gardens and untamed wilderness. The enchanting wildflowers and lush greenery creates the dreamiest setting for senior portraits.

Like most sessions, we start off by breaking up the nerves. Most people are not regularly in front of a camera while someone stands there and tells them exactly how to move and look. It’s an understandable weird feeling, and something I promise changes within the first 15 minutes of a session with me!

Luckly, Jaelyn’s mom joined our session, adding an extra touch of love and warmth. Her presence brought out Jaelyn’s genuine smiles and infectious laughter. This gave me some of my absolute favorite candid images!
