Senior Session | Downtown, Menominee, MI
This was such a fun session for me! I can’t even tell you how long I’ve known Daisy for, it’s been years, so I was pretty excited when her mom asked if I could do senior pictures for her. This was a unique session for me. First off, Daisy’s mom and my dad are together, so that makes her and Daisy like family to me! Second this session was actually two senior sessions! I did pictures of Daisy, and Daisy’s boyfriend Wyatt. (His pictures will come in the next blog post) Basically this session was just a fun time hanging out with Daisy, Wyatt, and their moms, so there was plenty of entertainment, laughs, and great pictures!
They made the two hour trip to come to my side of the state for this session, so I had to make sure I found the perfect location for them. We headed over to Menominee, MI and spent our time walking the downtown area along with pier looking over the bay of Lake Michigan. Our weather wasn’t necessarily ideal, but at least it wasn’t raining like its been the last two months.
Daisy was a trooper during the entire session. She does have some modeling background, which made my job WAY easier. The biggest obstacle was probably the lower temps, especially since we started the session out by the lake. She was a pro though, and worked through it all. Luckily Wyatt was there to throw his arms around her between shots to keep her warm.
It was such a great time catching up with Daisy. I don’t see her as often as I used to since I moved away from my home town. She graduates in May from Stevens Point and is currently making her decisions as to what she will do after that. It sounds like something in the medical field is in her thoughts.
Daisy, thank you so much for trusting me with your senior session. It was such a fun time catching up. I hope you have the best senior year, and I can’t wait to see where life takes you!
