An Outdoor Family Session at the Barkhausen Waterfowl Preserve | Suamico, WI

Family sessions are always exciting, especially those with younger children. Andy and Katie were such a fun couple and they have an ADORABLE little girl. She was just a hoot!

This family made this shoot such a fun time for me! First, I got to shoot at a new location, the Barkhausen Waterfowl Preserve. If you haven’t been there, you need to check it out. It is beautiful county park on 1000 acres, with tons of trails so many things to see! I will definitely be going back there when I have more time to explore!

Second, this family was AMAZING! Andy and Katie are so laid back and easy to work with, and Katie, the most amazing bubbly personality! I could take clients like her every day! Add in their little girl, who kept me laughing even into my editing time, and I couldn’t ask for a better session.

This was a special session. We mixed in family photos, some couples photos to announce Andy and Katie’s engagement, and some great photos to celebrate McKenna’s upcoming birthday! These are just a few of my favorites from their session!
